Cheryl Nix led two professional development sessions at Xavier School of Excellence during this month. The first workshop was for Kindergarten through 3rd grade teachers on Rekenreks as a tool for differentiating number sense instruction. The second workshop was for 4th through 7th grade teachers on math games that motivate students to master math skills.
